UNGA: Burkina Faso warns against Libya scenario in Niger, slams “international hypocrisy”
In a lengthy speech delivered in a vehement tone, Burkina Faso’s Minister of State addressed the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly on Sep. 23. ECOWAS, the A.U., and the UN must become “true organizations of peoples instead of structures used by a minority,” he said.
